In this ever changing world, B-TRAiN Swimming will be following all Ottawa Public Health measures and Provincial mandates. As these change frequently, please visit Ottawa Public Health for more information. 

 CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

No refunds will be given for missed practices. If there is an opportunity to make up a missed practice at an alternate training session with available space, it will be offered. If you need to withdraw from the current session at any point, and your spot can be filled with another swimmer on the waiting list, you will be refunded for the remainder of the session. If B-TRAiN Swimming has to cancel the current session due to a Provincial order to close, you will be offered an option of a refund for the remainder of the session, or the same amount as a credit towards the next session.
